Nature's Best - Stockholm Adventures has taken over the kayaking and camping trips that Äventyrsresor arranged for the last 23 years. We run the same trips, using the same leaders and the same base. In 2002 the trips received ecotourism status from “Nature’s best”, the first ecotourism certification system in the northern hemisphere.

Stockholm - European Green Capital 2010 - Stockholm is proud to have been awarded the fist European Green Capital by the European Union in 2010. Stockholm got the title for it's long-term and persistent work in achieving a more sustainable environment. This efforts include, among other things, the city's clear and effective measures towards reducing noise pollution, a protection plan setting new standards for cleaner water, an innovative integrated waste system and the fact that 95 % of the population living less than 300 metres from green areas.
